Hollywood chef Jason "Chef J" Harley is ready to help you prepare a simple holiday dish this season.
Here is Chef J's recipe for a lemon, garlic, rosemary, Cornish Game Hen, which also works with chicken or turkey.
1 whole Cornish game hen -- butterflied from the back bone
3 lemons, zested
3 sprigs of Rosemary, chopped (stems removed)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp salt/pepper
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1. Butterfly hen from the backbone so that it is split in half. »

When NBC's The Voice returns next season, it will be bigger than ever. There will be more blind audition rounds, in which singers perform for the coaches sight unseen, and 12 contestants per team, up from Season 1's eight.
It's not yet clear exactly how many more blind audition episodes will air — they ran for two weeks earlier this year — but executive producer Mark Burnett says the decision to expand came from viewer feedback and having more time to produce them.

Us singer Christina Milian has finalized her divorce from ex-hubby The Dream. The 30-year-old star is no longer married to The Dream after a judge in Fulton County, Georgia, finalized their divorce. According to TMZ, they've been waiting for their decree ever since they came to a settlement agreement in November last year. They met in 2009 and married later that year in a ceremony in Las Vegas. When it comes to stocking her wardrobe, mom Christina Milian is all about easy-to-wear, affordable fashion.
“It’s not always about the price or designer label,” the singer, 30, said during Pampers‘ Play-a-Palooza party at Dylan’s Candy Bar in New York City on Sept. 21.
“People always assume that I shop at these high-end stores and only wear designers, and that’s not true. My daughter [Violet Madison] comes first, always! So most of my money is spent on her.”
Still, Milian stresses, a new mom deserves to splurge every now and then. »
Singer Christina Milian has revealed she'd love to work with teen sensation Justin Bieber. Recording artist Christina Milian turns 30 years old Monday (Sept. 26), but she got her celebrating on over the weekend, where she spoke with Necole Bitchie about going into her thirties.
"I'm a little bit more blunt and I'm a little less naive when it comes to love. I think love has been my biggest lesson in my twenties and also just learning how to be myself and grow into my own shell without having to try and rebel, you can do it in a way different manner. Communication is everything so I learned how to communicate really well now that I've ended my twenties and gone into my thirties," says Milian.

Singer Christina Milian is reportedly thinking about taking legal action after finding gum in her food at a restaurant in Los Angeles. The 29-year-old was left upset after she allegedly spat out a bit of chewed gum, which was in the salad she ordered at an eatery in Studio City.
