The list of Mindy Lahiri's love interests on The Mindy Project is nothing if not diverse. Over six seasons and 117 episodes of the Fox-turned-Hulu comedy, the love life of Mindy Kaling's rom com-loving alter ego has been a rollercoaster of surprising hookups, bad breakups and even a broken engagement or two.
But the many pitfalls of (fictional) Mindy's love life provided great opportunity again and again for the real Mindy and her team to welcome impressive guest stars from all the over map. With The Mindy Project set to wrap...

TV show description:
Created by Seth Meyers and Mike Shoemaker, this adult animated comedy follows a group of underdog superheroes as they try to live up to the expectations and reputation forged by their namesakes.
Prock (Meyers) has always wanted to be a superhero like his father. Now that the original Mr. Awesome has retired, he has the opportunity to step into his shoes.
Hailing from Seth Meyers, the comedic show follows a group of superheroes who replace the members of a legendary superhero team. Known as The Awesomes, the new members attempt to put themselves back together in the face of intense media and government skepticism.
Meyers co-created the series with “Saturday Night Live’s” Mike Shoemaker, who is also a producer on Meyers’ late-night NBC show. Lorne Michaels also served as an exec producer with the duo.
Meyers lends his voice to Jeremy Awesome, the young new leader of the superhero group. The rest of the cast is chock-full of “SNL” friends from Taran Killam, Kenan Thompson, Bill Hader, Rachel Dratch, writers Emily Spivey and Paula Pell, plus “The Mindy Project’s” Ike Barinholtz, “Parks and Recreation’s” Rashida Jones, “Mad TV’s
More than a year after its promising debut as part of Amazon’s 2014 pilot program, the ten-episode first season of suburban tennis comedy Red Oaks will be available for streaming tomorrow. As both an ‘80s throwback, and one reminiscent of youth-oriented films from the decade, a streaming service release is probably the hippest thing about the series. The type of coming of age story told by Red Oaks is an unmistakably familiar one, but it’s enjoyable to watch this sweetly mild series play a precise, low-impact game.
With ‘90s revivalism on the brink of claiming the nostalgia crown from the decade’s go-go sibling (let’s set the approaching “Back to The Future Day” as a coronation), the cinematic end of genuine ‘80s appreciation can be felt in the (creatively) bankrupt era grave robbing of movies like Terminator: Genisys and Pixels. In TV land,
David Meyers (Craig Roberts, betraying none of his British origins) is a Jewish student at Nyu living in suburban New Jersey, who, in the opening sequence, is hitting balls with his father (Richard Kind) when dad suffers a heart attack. Thinking he’s headed to the great beyond,
After the pilot, which was directed by David Gordon Green (Pineapple Express), premiered to positive reviews from critics and audiences, Amazon decided to pick up Red Oaks to series. The first season of the show will be available for Amazon Prime members in the Us and UK on October 9, 2015 and is set to include a total of 10 episodes.
As well as helming the show’s first episode, Green is also credited as an executive producer, along with Steven Soderbergh, Gregory Jacobs and Joe Gangemi.
A young tennis player works at the prestigious and exclusive Red Oaks Country Club during the summer between his sophomore and junior years of college in the 1980s.
The cast of the show includes Craig Roberts (Neighbors), Jennifer Grey

It’s not all grumble and moan round here when TV networks decline to pick up pilots. Sometimes, we’re even grateful.
Hindsight teaches that every so often, passing on a particular show is the best thing a channel could have done. Not ordering one pilot to series spurs its creators on to start another, and frees up its cast to join new projects.
Had the failures below all thrived, there’s a chance we could now be living in a world with no Breaking Bad, Hannibal, or even South Park. Had these pilots gone on to enjoy healthy, lengthy lives, then Jack Bauer, Oberyn Martell, Chandler Bing and more might all be unrecognisable today.
Here then, are the TV pilots we’re grateful weren’t taken to series because their

Jw: You have a wide range of credits, from horror, to comedy, to reality TV. What is your favorite genre to work in? Do you take a different approach to different genres?
Mr: Comedy comes pretty naturally to me. I only feel like I'm acting when I have to be super serious because that's just not how I normally am.
Jw: How is
