Famed star of Boradway musicals including Anything Goes (Tony nomination), Kiss of the Spiderwoman, the Mystery of Edwin Drood, She Loves Me, As Thousands Cheer, and Phantom of the Opera.

(Sept. 2004) Played "Captain Hook" in Cathy Rigby's Farewell national tour of "Peter Pan".

Played the title role in "The Phantom of the Opera" on Broadway for 2,544 performances, which set the world record for longest run by an actor in the role.

(1986) He acted in J.B. Priestley's musical, "The Mystery of Edwin Drood", at the Imperial Theatre on Broadway in New York City with Judy Kuhn (for Betty Buckley), Cleo Laine, George Rose and Patti Cohenour in the cast. Wilford Leach was the director.

(October 1988) He acted in Cole Porter's musical, "Anything Goes," at the Lincoln Center Theater at the Vivian Beaumont Theatre on Broadway in New York City with Patti Lupone and Bill McCutcheon in the cast. Jerry Zaks was director.

(1989) He played Billy Crocker in Cole Porter's musical, "Anything Goes" at the Prince Edward Theatre in London, England with Elaine Paige, Bernard Cribbins, Kathryn Evans, Ursula Smith, Martin Turner, Ashleigh Sendin, Harry Towb, and Stephen Mear in the cast.

(1995) He acted in Jerry Herman's musical, "Mack and Mabel," at the Piccadilly Theatre in London, England with Caroline O'Connor and Kathryn Evans in the cast.

(2010) He acted in Patrick Barlow and John Buchan's play, "The 39 Steps," at the Cape Playhouse in Dennis, Massachusetts with Michael Keyloun, Jeffrey Kuhn and Margaret Loesser Robinson in the cast.

(July 2, 2003) He played Wilson in Stephen Sondheim's musical, "Bounce," at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago, Illinois with Richard Kind (Addison Minzer); Herndon Lackey (Papa Mizner) Jane Powell (Mama Mizner); Gavin Creel (Hollis Bessemer); and Michele Pawk (Nellie) in the cast. John Weidman was librettist. Harold Prince was director. Eugene Lee was scenic designer.
