"Do you want my body - on yours - forever? Well let's make those dreams come true." 20th Century Fox has released a new teaser trailer for Deadpool 2, this one straight from the halls of the Brazil Comic Con in Sao Paulo. Which Old School X-Men Character Is Deadpool 2 Introducing?
20th Century Fox's Deadpool 2 is shaping up to be one of 2018's most-anticipated movies, with Ryan Reynolds returning as the Merc With the Mouth. One of the most intriguing new additions to the cast is Hunt For the Wilderpeople breakout star Julian Dennison. The young actor was announced through a social media photo where the actor was seen getting a piggy-back ride from the Merc With the Mouth, with both actors mocking a Star Wars: The Last Jedi photo where Daisy Ridley was getting a piggy-back ride from Mark Hamill. Julian Dennison's casting was announced back in late June, but his character was never confirmed, although a new report has seemingly revealed who he's playing.

The original Deadpool movie introduced one of the more obscure X-Men characters, Negasonic Teenage Warhead, with Brianna Hildenbrand delivering a breakthrough performance that ensured the character's return in the sequel. It seems that this

The film's full cast includes Morena Baccarin, Josh Brolin, Brianna Hildebrand, T.J. Miller, Eddie Marsan, Zazie Beetz, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni, Julian Dennison, and Stefan Kapicic. So this looks a bit darker and more thrilling than the first Deadpool, I'm fine with that. I'm sure there'll still be plenty of jokes. Here's the new "Wet on

Deadpool creator Rob Liefeld urges Fox to hold off on Disney deal

Just this week, fans got word that Disney has recently had talks with 20th Century Fox regarding a deal that would give Disney ownership of Fox’s movie and TV studios, as well as the rights to the franchises under 20th Century Fox’s control. Of course, in comic-book speak, that means: the X-Men could be coming back to Marvel! This would also include Deadpool, of course, a franchise that has proved really lucrative for Fox.

While we get all excited at the potential to see Wolverine join The Avengers, there are those that are concerned. Deadpool creator Rob Liefeld, for example, recently took to Instagram to share a letter to 21st Century Fox owner Rupert Murdoch, urging him to reconsider:

It’s perfectly understandable that those on team-Deadpool would be very concerned about a Disney take-over. After all, there are big plans for the Deadpool franchise over at Fox,

Ryan Reynolds ponders Deadpool’s future amid Disney/Fox takeover talk

Yesterday it was revealed that The Walt Disney Company has held early discussions with 21st Century Fox about acquiring parts of its operation, including the movie studio 20th Century Fox.

While reports indicate that a deal between the two parties is unlikely, should it go through, it would mean that Marvel Studios would regain the rights to its two comic book properties X-Men and Fantastic Four – and that has prompted Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds to take to Twitter to ponder the Merc with a Mouth’s future…

If this is true, I wonder how the fudge it would affect Deadpool? https://t.co/66RNUDU80S

Ryan Reynolds (@VancityReynolds) November 6, 2017

It certainly is a good question. Presumably, if Disney and Marvel were able to bring the X-Men and Fantastic Four into the McU, they would want to start afresh, a la Spider-Man: Homecoming, meaning it’s likely that roles would be recast.
