Vice President will oversee network’s limited-run programming

Fox has named Rachel Rusch as department head for event series programming, handing her the title of Vice President.

Rusch will report directly to Entertainment President David Madden, developing large-scale limited-run programming, as well as live scripted events for the network.

Fox Names Rachel Rusch Head of Event Series

Rachel Rusch has been named vice president of event series for Fox Broadcasting Company.

Rusch, who will report to Fbc entertainment president David Madden, will oversee the network’s limited-run programming initiatives, working with 20th Century Fox Television, FX Productions and outside studios to commission and develop large-scale event series, as well as live scripted events, including the upcoming “Grease: Live.”

The role has been vacant since the departure of Shana C. Waterman and Jeni Mulein last year.
