Biography

NICK LYON is an Award Winning director, writer, producer and editor for both features and commercials. During the 1990’s Nick Lyon spent 9 years in Germany where he attended the Film Academy Baden-Wurtemburg in Ludwigsburg, Germany. After graduating film school, Nick Lyon went on to direct Academy Award winner Maximilian Schell, in "I Love You, Baby", a noir thriller released theatrically by Warner Bros. Germany. Nick then finished his second feature, "Punk Love", which won "Best Feature" in Roma Independant Film Festival, "The DGA Directors Award" at Moondance 06, and "Best Actor" at the 2007 Drake International Film Festival in Caserta, Italy. Among Nick’s most recent credits are "Grendel" for NBC/Universal/ Sci Fi , “Species: The Awakening” for MGM and “Doomsday” for NBC/ UNIVERSAL/SCI-FI. Currently Nick Lyon is in post production for Bermuda Dreieck Nordsee, and $8 million television disaster film that he directed for RTL Germany. You can see Nick’s work at: WWW.NICKLYON.COM
