Mini Bio (1)
Comedian, Actor & Writer, Chipper Lowell grew up traveling the globe with his parents as circus performers. His father was a well known clown for Ringling Bros. & Barnum & Bailey Circus, while his mother was an aerialist, dancer and gymnast. From his unusual surroundings, Chipper learned as much as he could regarding circus, vaudeville and theater arts. By age 17, he was performing on his own with his own brand of visual and stand-up comedy, poking fun at the variety arts and his upbringing. His act led him to star in several live stage productions and revues in all the major casino towns including Reno, Lake Tahoe, Laughlin, Las Vegas and Atlantic City.
He soon began headlining and touring with his own full evening show, aptly called "The Chipper Show!" His career has taken him all over the world including Canada, Mexico, Austrailia, England, New Zealand and Japan. He's received "Comedy Magician of the Year!" awards twice from the International Magicians Society (2004 & 2006), and was also named "Specialty Act of the Year!" by the Lake Tahoe Tribune and Action Magazine.
He currently stars in "The Chipper Lowell Experience!" running indefinitely in Lake Tahoe at the Horizon Casino Resort. His spare time is devoted to two of his favorite charities - CAN (autism), and CFF (Cystic Fibrosis), in addition to raising his family.
