Arsenio Hall to Make Movie Comeback in Adam Sandler's Sandy Wexler

26 July 2016 5:17 PM, PDT | MovieWeb | See recent MovieWeb news »

Last week, we reported that Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson is teaming up with Adam Sandler on his new movie Sandy Wexler, the third project in his four-picture deal with Netflix that includes The Ridiculous Six and The Do-Over. Today we have word that the cast just keeps getting bigger and bigger, with frequent Adam Sandler collaborators Kevin James, Terry Crews, Rob Schneider, Colin Quinn and Nick Swardson coming aboard, along with New Girl star Lamorne Morris. The most interesting casting addition, though, is former talk show host Arsenio Hall, appearing in his first movie in seven years.

The story follows Adam Sandler as the title character, a talent manager in Los Angeles who represent a variety of different clients who are on the "fringes" of the entertainment industry. He's put to the ultimate test when he discovers a talented singer named Courtney Clarke (Jennifer Hudson) at an amusement park. No »

America’s Got Talent: Nerves run high as acts perform. George Lopez guest judges.

19 July 2016 10:47 PM, PDT | TVovermind.com | See recent TVovermind.com news »

The stress is piling on in the final round of Judge Cuts on tonight’s episode of America’s Got Talent. Some acts stepped it up and improved on their acts. Others all but crashed and burned as their performance wasn’t enough to send them through to the live shows. I loved Blake Vogt’s magic act. The end where he switched corners of the dollar bills was mind baffling. Though to be honest, I wasn’t paying as much attention to his act. I think that Jon Dorenbos’ act was better than Blakes’ act. Blake got through to the live shows in the

Mila Kunis is baffled by Donald Trump’s anti-refugee policy.

In a recent interview with Glamour to promote her upcoming film “Bad Moms,” the actress opened up about immigrating from the Ukraine with her parents on a religious-refugee visa.

“The whole Syrian-refugee thing — we came here on a religious-refugee visa, and I’m not going to blow this country up,” Kunis said. “I’m clearly paying taxes. I’m not taking anything away. So the fact that people look at what’s happening and are like, ‘Pfft, they’re going to blow s–t up’? It saddens me how much fear we’ve instilled in ourselves.”

She also addressed Trump’s call to build a wall on the border between the U.S. and Mexico.

“… the whole, ‘Hey, let’s build a wall between Los Angeles and Mexico’ … I don’t even have to answer that one. There’s no point, »
