The soccer ace – who is married to former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham – isn’t a fan of “crowd participation” and gets nervous when he goes to dinner with Eva Longoria Parker because she likes to get everyone involved.
During an interview Us TV star George Lopez, he said: “Eva’s got this whole thing - and her husband Tony - about playing games… I get so uncomfortable with crowd participation. We were at dinner once with Tom and Katie… We sat there and everyone was like, ‘Let’s play a music game – let’s start a singing game.’
“That’s my worst nightmare. I kind of get uncomfortable with it.”
David also gave George an impromptu haircut after the host asked the fashion conscious sportsman – famous for his many different cuts - for some style tips.

Model and soccer stud David Beckham hates playing games with famous pals like Tom Cruise and Eva Longoria Parker because they always seem to revolve around trying to make him sing.
The Brit and his wife Victoria have become part of the Hollywood scene since arriving in Los Angeles in 2007 and Beckham loves hanging out with his superstar pals - until they start planning game night.
He explains, "Eva's got this whole thing... about playing games and game night, and that's one of my worst (nightmares). I get so uncomfortable with, like, crowd participation.
"I kinda stay out of it... We was (sic) at dinner once with Tom and Katie (Holmes) and a few of our friends... and we were sat there (sic) and everyone was like, 'Ok, let's play a music game, let's start a singing game.'
"We was (sic) in a restaurant, playing this game and I'm, like, texting one of my friends who was in the same restaurant. I was like, 'Please invite me onto your table.'"
Beckham admits he only sings in the shower.

SnagFilms.com is reporting that the rights to the U.S. film version of Stieg Larsson's best-selling The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (and its sequels) are going to Sony as of today. One of the novel's major characters is "bisexual tattooed hacker detective Lisbeth Salander." There's already a Swedish film adaptation, starring Noomi Rapace as Lisbeth. Here's a clip:

Eva Longoria Parker and her Desperate Housewives co-stars are set for a shocking glimpse into their futures when the ladies are aged 30 years for an upcoming episode.
Parker will play a poverty-stricken, demented, grey-haired grandma in the futuristic show, which will air in America on 3 January, while co-star Teri Hatcher will have eaten herself into obesity.

A year ago today, Kris Allen and Allison Iraheta were complete unknowns. Cut to a few months later and the 24-year-old acoustic crooner and the 17-year-old hoarse-throated redhead have millions of fans and television viewers voting for them to the top of "American Idol." Allen took home the title, Iraheta came in fourth, but they are both winning with great reviews for their just-released debut albums, Allen's self-titled effort and Iraheta's "Just Like You."
They've also scored some major television appearances, like "Billboard's New Years Eve Live" on Fox, which is hosted by Carmen Electra and also boasts appearances from Eva Longoria and Kim Kardashian. We caught up with Allen and Iraheta as they talked about performing their new music and New Year's Eves past.

In 2009, the number of leading lesbian characters on primetime broadcast TV doubled — from one to two.
Out of the estimated 600 lead and supporting characters on network TV, seven of them of are lesbian or bisexual. And of those seven, five of them kissed women last year. And of those five, three of them made out during Sweeps.
Things looked bleak at the beginning of the year, but with the growing trend of lesbian brides getting gunned down or cheating on their wedding days, and the continued trend of bisexual characters only expressing their same-sex attraction during Sweeps, and the loss of Showtime's lesbian drama The L Word, we're ending the year on a downward spiral in terms of lesbian visibility.

Actress Diane Kruger is heading back to her modelling roots after landing a major new campaign for cosmetics giant L'Oreal.
The Inglourious Basterds star began her career on the catwalks and covers, but quit to pursue her dream of becoming a movie star.
Now Kruger is set to step in front of the camera again as the face of L'Oreal Paris, following in the footsteps of recent spokesmodels Eva Longoria Parker and Lost star Evangeline Lilly.

This is it, folks. The big plane crash episode (with the surprisingly teeny-weeny airplane) on Desperate Housewives. Reports have been varied as to the total number of casualties and their identities, but at least we get an assurance that people will die, including one who's a so-called fan favorite.
Adding a tinge of gloom to the whole thing is the fact it's Desperate Housewives' Christmas episode - with Wisteria Lane's very own choral group led by Bree (Marcia Cross). Adding to the confusion is the ongoing squabble between Gaby (Eva Longoria-Parker) and Lynette (Felicity Huffman). Their friendship is on the brink of collapse, so will a plane crash manage to repair things?
