Whether you believe in true love or not, there's one thing we can all agree on: these wedding dresses are ah-may-zing.
Celebs pulled out all the stops this year to make sure that they not only had the perfect day but also the perfect gown, calling in big names like Victoria Beckham, Jenny Packham, and Vera Wang to make them stunning numbers for their nuptials.
Though all of the looks were gorgeous in their own right, there was two clear themes to 2016's gowns: boho chic and luxe glam. In fact, quite a few ladies even combined the two, which meant miles of jaw-dropping lace and plenty of intricate beading and florals that beg for a closer look.
Take a look at our 14 favorite wedding gowns from this year:

Tina Fey was honored at The Hollywood Reporter's annual Women in Entertainment Power 100 Breakfast in La on Wednesday. The actress, writer, and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt creator was introduced to the stage by her friend and former 30 Rock costar Jon Hamm before being presented with the Sherry Lansing Leadership Award. During her acceptance speech, Tina took a few opportunities to poke fun at Jon, who played her impossibly handsome boyfriend Dr. Drew Baird on the hit NBC comedy. "In his defense, he thought this was a thing where you could eat breakfast off of a hundred women," she said to the room, which included Desperate Housewives costars Eva Longoria and Felicity Huffman, Thelma & Louise stars Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis, and honoree Ryan Murphy, who was joined by Glee's Lea Michele. When touching on her evolving career and longtime personal and professional relationships with SNL alums Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, »

Believe it or not, Desperate Housewives aired its series finale nearly five years ago. This week, we got a nostalgic reminder of Wisteria Lane when former costars Felicity Huffman (Lynette Scavo) and Eva Longoria (Gabrielle Solis) reunited on the red carpet. The pair linked up for lovely photos and smiles at The Hollywood Reporter's Annual Women in Entertainment Breakfast. We can't help but wonder, with so many TV reboots in this Fall season alone, is there a slim chance we'll see all the housewives come together again? Hey, a suburban matriarch can dream, can't she? Celebrities gathered in La on Wednesday for the Hollywood Reporter's 25th Annual Women in Entertainment Breakfast, but one particular pair of beauties really caught our eye. Sisters Taissa and Vera Farmiga turned the event into a family affair when they hit the red carpet together. The two were all smiles as they held hands and posed for photographers before heading inside, where they enjoyed the event with fellow guests like Jon Hamm, Tina Fey, and Eva Longoria. Despite there being a 21-year age difference between the two stars (Vera is 43, while Taissa is 22), they still seem as close as ever . . . and we love it. Barack Obama got into the festive spirit on Thursday night when he attended his last National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony as president. Barack, his wife Michelle, and their youngest daughter Sasha were all on hand at the fun event, which was held at the Ellipse in President's Park in Washington DC. Not only did stars like Eva Longoria, Marc Anthony, and Kelly Clarkson get in on this year's fun, but the president also couldn't hold back when it came to belting out a few Christmas carols. In an adorable moment that probably made Sasha say, "Omg, please stop," Barack sang "Jingle Bells" alongside Santa Claus and Chance the Rapper (or should we say Wrapper?). Michelle also made sure to participate, as she read The Night Before Christmas for a group of young children. Watch all the holiday fun in the video above, but fast-forward to the 11:25 mark if you »

Over the last few years, President Barack Obama has always ensured that the National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony is a spectacular affair. In 2014, he broke it down with Fifth Harmony, and last year he brought along Reese Witherspoon and Miss Piggy to join in the fun. For his final appearance at the annual ceremony on Thursday night, Barack invited Eva Longoria, Marc Anthony, Chance the Rapper, Kelly Clarkson, and more to help him celebrate the season alongside First Lady Michelle Obama, and their daughter Sasha. The event, which took place at the Ellipse in President's Park, was full of laughter and song and included more than a few adorable moments between the president and the guest of the hour: Santa! They hugged, belted out a few carols, and reminded us all over again of how much we're going to miss the Obama family when they leave the White House. Related: »

Cheryl and Liam Payne are still going strong! The couple were all smiles when they attended a Christmas carol concert in London on Tuesday. Dressed in a gray sweater dress and black coat, Cheryl stayed close to Liam as they made their way back to their car. The last time we saw these two out together was at the Chopard Trophy Ceremony during the Cannes Film Festival back in May, shortly after the two made their red carpet debut as a couple at Eva Longoria's Global Gift Gala in Paris. Although the pair have been keeping a low profile, Liam recently grabbed headlines after he posted a sexy shirtless photo of himself on Instagram over the Thanksgiving holiday, and all we can say is that Cheryl is one lucky woman. The L’Oreal spokeswoman was excited to come out for such a good cause, telling reporters, “It’s nice to work for a company that when they sit you down, they say, ‘We have something very important.’ It’s not talking about makeup. It’s not talking about some commercial they’re doing. It’s this event.
