Crossing cultural borders from South Central to South Africa, a kid's toy is spawning a dance phenomenon with a vibrant subculture in its wake. THE HOOPING LIFE documentary chronicles the lives of a dozen hoopers who invigorate their communities while overcoming difficult circumstances. THE HOOPING LIFE is where radical fairies, a Southern preacher and inner-city kids meet.
