Around three weeks after Bow Wow spoke up that he was not happy with the situation in Columbia Records, rumor emerged that he already left the label. The report first surfaced via The Ybf which claim that a source from the recording company has informed the matter to them.
There hasn't been any comment from Columbia Records as well as Bow Wow regarding the rumor. But, it is noticed that Bow Wow's name has been removed from the company's official website, adding fuel that the speculation is indeed true. In addition, Jim Jones' name has also been missing from the list of Columbia's artists.
Earlier this month, Bow Wow revealed his desire to leave Columbia Records during a live chat. He claimed that the recording company is "not really a rap label" and doesn't understand "what the young people want." At that time, he also said T.I.

Atlanta — On Saturday, there was definitely a little tension in the air, mixed with excitement and anticipation for the city's annual super show, radio station Hot 107.9's Birthday Bash at the Philips Arena. For a decade and a half the station has brought together the best of the best in hip-hop and R&B for one gigantic shindig.
This year, the city was anticipating two of their hometown bigwigs, Gucci Mane and Young Jeezy. The two rocked the concert last year and, for Gucc, it was almost like a coming-out party — the fans sang along to all his mixtape hits and Mane reestablished himself as being very hot in the streets. Lloyd is no longer interested to continue his relationship with Irv Gotti's The Inc. Records. In a press release, the R&B singer says he wants to leave the recording company, citing the need for more control and change as the cause.
"I'm ready for a change," Lloyd states. "There's no bad blood. I just feel I need to take more control over my career and get a fresh start. Hopefully Irv can understand my position."
Lloyd's manager Henry Lee also has the same opinion, explaining, "We find ourselves in limbo for the second time in three years." He adds, "It's frustrating to know that opportunities to advance Lloyd's career are out there but we can't exploit them due to our current situation."

Hangin' with Mr. Cooper — and we're not talking about Mark Curry. The new Mr. Cooper is the man who's known by his fans as Pleasure P, formerly of Pretty Ricky. The same cat who, last weekend in Miami, had friends like Chris Brown, Omarion, Bow Wow, the Kardashians, actress Kyla Pratt and Yung Joc come out to his album-release party. It's dope to get love in your hometown.
" 'Boyfriend #2,' it was a #1 urban record," Pleasure said about the single from his solo debut, The Introduction of Marcus Cooper. P already hit a milestone that escaped him as the lead singer of flamboyant R&B group Pretty Ricky.
"This is my first #1 record," he said. "I didn't even get a #1 record when I was in the group. It means a lot. When I say we put blood,

Could Chris Brown be keeping up with Khloe Kardashian? Sort of. The two both partied at Liv nightclub at the Fontainebleau Hotel, but with a big group that included Bow Wow, Mario and Omarion. "They were not there together," a source tells E! News. The 20-year-old Brown has been spotted chatting up girls poolside at the posh hotel, where Khloe's filming her new E! reality show Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami. This isn't the first time the two have been linked. Khloe was supposedly seen with him before in South Beach, but it turned out to be a case of mistaken identity.

After Bow Wow shared what makes him unhappy with his label, now it is JoJo who speaks up about similar thing. She starts with a story of being "awoken to a most unpleasurable e-mail" from her label, Blackground Records.
JoJo says that in order to put out her new album "All I Want Is Everything", the recording company "are doing what they're supposed to be doing but they're not." She says that the company have failed to get a distribution deal for the record.
While Bow Wow clearly expresses his desire to leave Columbia Records, JoJo gives an implicit statement that she might be on the same page with the rapper. "I do believe that things are gonna come together but there comes a point where ... I don't know what my other options are, I don't wanna keep my fans waiting, I don't wanna keep my family, my friends and myself waiting,

Although he doesn't open what actually makes him unhappy in Columbia through the Twitter post, Bow Wow indeed shares his thought about the matter on a live chat with Justin.tv. "Number one Columbia has been messin' up since 2004-2005," he says. "I think Columbia's problem is that they don't know how to work with rappers."

The fellas know we're repping for them, and the ladies love us like a Tory Burch sample sale — Mixtape Daily is still here, still strong. Today is bugged out, because the focus is on a few people who aren't exactly synonymous with the mixtape game. First, R. Well, he has a whole tape of those kinds of records and some original joints as well.
Then, the homie Jd obviously has been putting out his own mixtapes for years, but he's coming at a new angle this time. Jermaine Dupri wrangled his guys Tyrone Davis (Jd's personal assistant), Usher,
