Did You Know?

As a 17-year-old fashion model, she was spotted by a Warner Brothers talent scout and cast in the chorus line of the musical Dames (1934). Subsequently, she became a prolific small-part actress, usually appearing as cigarette or hat check girls, secretaries or nightclub singers--and even a harem girl in a short by The Three Stooges, Wee Wee Monsieur (1938).
