Grimm, Season 3, Episode 15: “Once We Were Gods”

Written by Alan Difiore

Directed by Steven DePaul

Airs Fridays at 9pm Est on NBC

This week, on Grimm: Juliette reaches out to Wu, Adalind hoofs it, and Nick wrangles with the Council

Grimm explores folk lore and legend on a weekly basis, but this week they go further, adding religion to the mix with the revelation that the Ancient Egyptian gods were Wesen. It’s a fun idea and one that works well for the show, particularly when contrasted with the little we’ve seen of the Wesen community. There’s the spice shop and a few other Wesen-friendly (or Wesen-only) businesses and establishments, and of course the Wesen street gangs introduced this season, but on the whole, the Wesen we’ve meet over the course of the series have been more or less in hiding, passing as human and »

Grimm Q&A: Reggie Lee Talks Sgt. Wu's Future, His Love Life, the Royal Baby, and More

10 March 2014 9:45 AM, PDT | DreadCentral.com | See recent Dread Central news »

Sgt. Wu is one of the few characters on "Grimm" unaware that Wesen exist. This past Friday he got the shock of his life when his friend's unborn baby was almost eaten by one. Actor Reggie Lee sat down for a Q&A about where that leaves him now.

Q: What about Sergeant Wu's future? And will we find out more about Wu's personal life?

Reggie Lee: We're shooting Episode 19. You've seen 14, but he's a sharp guy and the writers are smart. So it's like there are little hints here and there that are kind of funny that you'll see.

And yes, this effect on me lingers. It'll linger for quite a bit. And it'll probably linger through the rest of the season. But he's a sharp guy, so there's some real wonderful moments here and there as we go through the season that he's like, "Hmmm. Hmmm. What are you doing here? »

Grimm, Ep. 3.14, “Mommy Dearest” an overdue spotlight for Sgt. Wu

Grimm, Season 3, Episode 14: “Mommy Dearest”

Written by Brenna Kouf

Directed by Norberto Barba

Airs Fridays at 9pm Est on NBC

This week, on Grimm: Sgt. Wu finally gets his due and Adalind delivers her (potential) demon baby

It’s taken three seasons, but this week Grimm finally gives Sgt. Wu, and Reggie Lee, the chance to shine. Given how (comparatively) swimmingly both Hank and Juliette’s transitions went from Kehrseite (human) to Kehrseite-Schlich-Kennen (human who knows about Wesen), it seemed likely Wu wouldn’t get off so easily, but hopefully this is not the last we’ve seen of the good Sergeant. Reggie Lee has long been an asset to the show, bringing depth and interest to what could easily have become a forgettable background player; it would be a shame to lose him. While it’s starting to get a bit ridiculous that everyone in Nick’s life is in on things, »
