Patricia "Pat" Ledford has more than 15 years experience working in the entertainment industry and more than 20 years experience in marketing, advertising and public relations. Ledford currently heads The Creative Roundtable, a Brentwood, Tennessee company.

Ledford served as the first Executive Director of the Tennessee Film, Entertainment and Music Commission expanding the state's film industry ranking to 4th in the nation, recruiting more than 35 major film/television projects in 4 years. Working with numerous award winning professionals on productions like "The River", "At Close Range", "The Dollmaker", "My Body, My Child", "Country Gold", and "The Member of the Wedding" inspired her to establish her own company to develop and produce high quality commercials, music videos, and projects for television and theatrical release.

Following her film commission tenure, she worked as a consultant and in crew positions on "Starman", "Round Midnight", "Sweet Dreams", "Marie", "Burning Rage", "Where the Sidewalk Ends", Johnny Cash Christmas Special", "The Last Days of Frank and Jesse James". Her producing credits include "Live on Stage", a 29-show television music series syndicated nationally and internationally, "A Tennessee Homecoming" featuring 50 Tennessee stars, "Life with Elvis", and numerous music videos and commercials.

Most recently she served as the chief fund-raiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Middle Tennessee increasing incoming annual funding by 225% over a four-year period. In her communications role at the Make-A-Wish Foundation, she collaborated with entertainment industry contacts to connect the organization for wishes involving the Academy Awards, partner for the world premiere of "Country Strong", and grant wishes on the sets of "Glee", "Chronicles of Narnia", and a room makeover by HGTV's David Bromstad.

Her extensive public service career includes: The White House Advance staff, Congressional Liaison at The Peace Corps, and in Tennessee as Personnel Director for the Military Department, Deputy Commissioner for Tourist Development, Director of the Commission on the Status of Women as well as senior positions on the staffs of Governor Lamar Alexander, Senator Howard Baker, and Senator Bill Brock. Past service on Board of Directors of Nashville Entertainment Association, Nashville Urban League, CABLE; Leadership Tennessee; U. S. Delegation Chair-Young Political Leaders General Assembly @ Oxford.

Ledford was born in Kingsport, Tennessee, educated at the University of Tennessee, and has a 23-year-old daughter, Ali.
