New Beauty And The Beast season 2 spoilers quickly revealed by cast & producer. Hey, "Beauty And The Beast" peeps . Apparently, E! Online quickly got on the ball, and chatted it up with Beauty and The Beast, Catherine and Vincent stars, Kristin Kreuk and Jay Ryan, along with producer Jennifer Levin. It turns out that we're most likely going to see Catherine and Vincent continue to get pulled apart in season 2 as both Kristin and Jennifer echoed each other with that sentiment. Kristin stated, "Our show is going to go through a lot of changes next year. There's so much that's been changed up, which I think is great. The show has so much potential and I hope we can tap into that more. It's still early obviously, but I think, I'm guessing, there's going to be a lot more pulling Vincent and Catherine apart. I don't know if it will be internal personal struggles, »

'Beauty and the Beast's' Kristin Kreuk: 'It's interesting to see how she behaves'

16 May 2013 4:00 PM, PDT | Zap2It - From Inside the Box | See recent Zap2It - From Inside the Box news »

Kristin Kreuk is pleased with her character's arc on "Beauty and the Beast," but she's hoping to take it even farther in Season 2.

The former Lana Lang of "Smallville" wraps the freshman year of her current CW series Thursday, May 16, and she doesn't conceal that it concludes with a cliffhanger for police detective Catherine Chandler and her self-appointed protector, Vincent (Jay Ryan). The show already has been renewed for next season, thus preventing its fans from being left with unanswered questions forever.

Obviously, Kreuk is happy to know that. "It's been good," she tells Zap2it of making the series so far. "It's been challenging for me. I haven't been No. 1 on a TV show before, and I have a lot of respect for everyone who does that job. It's fun, but it's a lot of work."

Some of that work has gone into developing a darker side for Catherine, »

Lucky us! Let’s review who our new characters are, shall we? Just recently I filled you in about the twins. Abel is “a lone wolf and old soul with a brooding intensity”. He’s loyal, but mysterious. Olivia, his twin sister was once prom queen, but whatever went down during those golden days has left her much less trusting and much more introspective.

In the roles of Abel and Olivia are Brett Dier and Elizabeth Whitson. They join Pretty Little Liars hottie, Tyler Blackburn, whose character, Caleb Rivers, will help transition fans from the flagship series into the mysterious spin-off, which deals with a centuries old town curse. Miniseries "Ben Hur" Takes Cues from Film and HBO Successes to Make a TV Epic

1 May 2013 1:02 PM, PDT | JustPressPlay.net | See recent JustPressPlay news »

While not the epic 1959 Charlton Heston film, Ben Hur the miniseries does attempt to achieve television levels of epicness. And by channeling HBO’s Rome, this miniseries succeeds. The retelling of this religion-infused revenge saga turns out to be a not-terrible way to spend three hours. If it seems an odd time to be releasing a 2010 miniseries on DVD, it is probably related to the fact that nearly the entire cast has been featured in popular TV shows this season.

Ben Hur tells the story of two childhood friends whose lives go in drastically different directions leading to an unforgivable betrayal and lifelong quest for revenge. Judah Ben-Hur (Joseph Morgan, The Vampire Diaries) is wrongly accused of inciting a riot that endangered the life of Pontius Pilate (Hugh Bonneville, Downton Abbey). As a result, Judah’s former best friend and now up-and-coming Roman soldier Messala (Stephen Campbell Moore, Hunted) condemns »

'Beauty And The Beast' Renewed

26 April 2013 2:34 PM, PDT | Huffington Post | See recent Huffington Post news »

The CW has renewed "Beauty And The Beast" for a second season.

The freshman drama, a grittier take on the classic fairy tale, won the 2013 People's Choice Award for Best New Drama.

Still, "Beauty And The Beast" struggled a bit to find success in the ratings, and was on the renewal bubble. The show has averaged about 1.5 million viewers per episode and only scored a 0.6 in the 18-49 demo.

The series, which stars Kristin Kreuk and Jay Bunyan in its titular roles, follows "The Vampire Diaries" on Thursdays nights. The CW had already given early renewals to "The Vampire Diares," "Supernatural" and "Arrow." Along with the "Beauty And The Beast" renewal on Friday, the network revealed that "Hart of Dixie" has been renewed and the "Vampire Diaries" spinoff, "The Originals" has been ordered to series.

Brian White, who plays Joe on "Beauty and the Beast," tweeted about the renewal, as did Sendhil Ramamurthy, »
