- Kozak is a 30-year veteran of television production, having worked as a network executive, series producer, director, event producer and sports journalist. Before joining the ID/Military Channel/Destination America team, she was senior executive producer for Discovery Channel where she was responsible for a range of primetime series and specials. Previously Kozak served as Vice President of Production for Discovery Health, and was senior executive producer for TLC, launching Say Yes to the Dress in 2007. Prior to joining Discovery, Kozak served as series producer for BBC Productions USA with specific responsibility for launching TLC's enduring hit series What Not to Wear, as well as three seasons of While You Were Out. During the early part of her career Kozak was a producer, director and event producer for Trans World International before starting her own production company and producing extreme sport series.
