Michael Kostroff was born on May 22, 1961 in New York City, New York, USA. He is an actor, known for The Wire (2002), The Blacklist (2013) and The Good Wife (2009).

Was in the orginal cast of the First National Tour of Mel Brooks' The Producers, playing Mr. Marks as well as many other characters, and understudying the roles of Max Bialystock and Roger Debris, both of which he performed several times.
Brother of Nina Kostroff-Noble.
Toured in "Les Miserables" as the conniving "Master of the House" Thenardier.
Creator of the Audition Psych 101 workshop, which addresses the mental side of the audition process.
