Alternate Names:

Daniel P. Kolsrud | Don Kolsrud

Did You Know?

Through the years he has fooled several people by telling them he was born in Trollhuset, Norway. This is an homage to his Norwegian ancestory, he was in fact born and raised in the US. There is no place in Norway called Trollhuset, it is however Norwegian for "House of Trolls" - a joke that probably only Kolsrud himself and Norwegians understand.
