She acted in Oscar Wilde's play, "The Importance of Being Earnest," at the Old Vic Theatre in London, England with Roger Allam, Philip Franks, Barbara Leigh-Hunt, Abigail Cruttenden, Patrick Godfrey, and Jacqueline Defferary in the cast. Terry Hands was director.

)'s funeral in 1987 due to appearing on stage at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield, playing Maria in Twelfth Night. The run ended the following day but there were no understudies for the production and she could not be released.
