- He was the father of Evelyne Hall who was a ballerina at the State Opera, an actress at the Thalia Theater in Hamburg and lived in Las Vegas as a show girl.
- The actor Kurt Klopsch began his career at the theater before he made his film debut in 1933 with "Höllentempo" (33) with Theodor Loos and Theo Lingen.
- During World War II he did not appeared in movies but after the war he was able to continue his career - first at different theaters in Hamburg and from 1953 also in front of the camera again.
