Memorable as Tiny Tim in MGM's 'A Christmas Carol' (1938).
His father was a London bus conductor.
After high school, he studied drama at UCLA.
Partner of actor Charles Nolte for over half a century, at the latter's death in 2010. They met in the 1950s in a stage door alley, when Charles was playing in "The Caine Mutiny Court Martial" and Terry was next door in "The Teahouse of the August Moon.".
Terry Kilburn delivered two of the most famous last lines in film history. "God bless us everyone" in A Christmas Carol (1938) and "Goodbye Mr. Chips" in Goodbye Mr. Chips (1939).
