Jo Kendall was born in 1953 in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England as Joanne E Kendall. She is an actress, known for Howards End (1992), Emmerdale Farm (1972) and The Remains of the Day (1993).

Trivia (4)

Studied at Cambridge University.
Was a cast member of the highly successful radio show "I'm Sorry, I'll Read That Again". Among her fellow cast members were Tim Brooke-Taylor, John Cleese, Graeme Garden, David Hatch and Bill Oddie.
Went to the United States with the Footlights stage show "Cambridge Circus" in 1964, and appeared on the "Ed Sullivan Show".
Her Emmerdale Farm (1972) character Peggy Skilbeck became the 1st woman on the soap opera to give birth. Peggy had twins Sam and Sally (played by unknown children), born on 10 April 1973.
