Gorden Kaye was born on April 7, 1941 in Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England as Gordon Fitzgerald Kaye. He is an actor, known for 'Allo 'Allo (1982), Brazil (1985) and The Best of 'Allo 'Allo! (1994).

Trivia (5)

He has a dent in his forehead that was caused when a plank of wood went through his car window during an exceptionally severe gale in January 1990. He recovered after the accident, but he still cannot remember anything about it.
On 'Allo 'Allo (1982), his character René always called Edith (Carmen Silvera) "you stupid woman" but in real-life, the actors were best friends.
He interviewed The Beatles for Huddersfield local radio, in February 1963 the day they performed in the town.
Gorden Kaye with an E is attributed to a spelling mistake in a hospital. According to his autobiography 'Rene and Me', he looked at the information index at the end of his bed, and it read 'Gorden' with an E.
