'X Factor': More Michael Jackson, Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul fighting, the new and improved Astro

It was the start of Michael Jackson week at "The X Factor."  While the appearance from the Jackson family stole the show, there was still a lot of behind-the-scenes intrigue. 

Here the best of what happened when the cameras stopped rolling:

Thursday Preview - It looks like Michael Jackson week on the show will continue on Thursday (Dec. 1) with a group performance of "Man in the Mirror."

Mac and Sweet Dee - While the Jacksons stole the night, there were a couple of other famous people for star gazers. Rob McElhenney and Kaitlin Olson from the FX comedy "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" were in the crowd.

NicoL.A. or Schreidzinger - After giving Simon Cowell an earful for his critique of Josh Krajcik's performance of "Dirty Diana," Nicole Scherzinger turned to L.A. Reid and exchanged high fives. Looks like an alliance is forming.
