[[tmz:video id="0_w9izshoi"]] If you thought Steve-o was wild in "Jackass," then strap in for his new project that supposedly puts Johnny Knoxville's stunts to shame ... with things like human snow angels doused in burning rocket engine fuel. Steve-o posted a video Thursday in which he's covered in boils from what look like 1st or maybe even 2nd degree burns ... from the "fire angels" stunt. Real-Life SpongeBob and Patrick Are Terrifying

18 June 2017 11:15 AM, PDT | MovieWeb | See recent MovieWeb news »

You want to see something really scary? We're not talking your garden variety slasher or giant monster from space. This creature lurks in the depths of the ocean. In fact, you could say he lives in a pineapple under the sea. Yes, it's SpongeBob SquarePants. Though, not quite like you've ever seen him before.

3D artist Miguel Vasquez has decided to infiltrate our nightmares with his own take on the iconic cartoon from Nickelodeon. And he's bringing his pal Patrick Starfish with him. It's hard to say which character is more terrifying when they get the real world treatment. But you wouldn't want to come across either one of these monstrosities getting ripped and loaded on ice cream sundaes at your local Fossleman's.

These images are part of Vasquez's 'Best Friends Forever' project. He rendered the speed sculpts in Keyshot. As you can see, they are not for kids or the faint of heart. »

Did You Know that Jackass Star Steve-o Was a Clown in Real Life?

26 May 2017 12:00 PM, PDT | TVovermind.com | See recent TVovermind.com news »

When most people think of the show Jackass there are generally three characters that always come to mind first:  Johnny Knoxville, Bam Margera, and Steve-o.  Of the three of these guys, Johnny Knoxville is probably the most “stunt oriented” of the three.  Margera is the guy that picks on his poor dad.   And lastly, Steve-o is the guy who does the most disgusting stuff and has no problems with self mutilation. What you might not know is that of three three guys, one of them is a professionally trained clown.  That’s right folks.   Steve-o, who you’d think comes straight from

Paramount First Looks: Garland’s ‘Annihilation,’ Payne’s ‘Downsizing,’ and Bay’s ‘Transformers’

29 March 2017 8:25 AM, PDT | Thompson on Hollywood | See recent Thompson on Hollywood news »

Paramount is going through an awkward moment. Looking back, the studio’s CinemaCon presentation could only highlight 18 Oscar nominations; looking forward, the release slate is skimpy and Nickelodeon division’s is woeful, anchored by “SpongeBob SquarePants” and designed to make the studio look like they have exploitable IP.

That said, change is coming: Genial ex-Fox chairman Jim Gianopulos replaces outgoing 12-year veteran Brad Grey. (Said worldwide marketing president Megan Colligan, “We are thrilled to have him leading the ship and taking us into our future.”) Gianopulos has full greenlight authority over what remains of the studio’s skeleton crew, but he needs top-level (and top-quality) help. One production candidate, Scott Stuber, skipped to Netflix, while Oscar producer Michael DeLuca kept his lucrative deal at Universal.

The studio does have two franchises it can still exploit. “Mi 6: Mission Impossible” starts shooting April 8 in London, India, Paris, and New Zealand, for »
