He has been a lifelong puppeteer, and is a member of the Puppeteers of America.

Jackson's lines during Scream (1996/I) were not taped but said live to get the other actors' realistic on-screen reactions. Also, none of the actors knew who was on the other end of the line, making it even more realistic.
