In just a few months, we will finally get to see Hugh Jackman return to Wolverine, something which he left behind years ago. The actor had no intention to come back to the character that he has been playing for about two decades but when something snapped in him, he decided to join the bandwagon that Ryan Reynolds was on and give Wolverine a second chance.

Needless to say, Deadpool & Wolverine is one of the most anticipated movies of this year, if not the most. However, amidst the hype for the film which brings both Deadpool and Wolverine into the MCU officially, lies yet another Hugh Jackman film that should be recognized. The film in question is A24’s upcoming masterpiece, The Death of Robin Hood which follows a similar theme to that of Logan (2017).

As the year marches on and spring nears its end, not many big franchise movies are set for summer with last year’s dual strikes delaying a number of projects. However, the big daddy of Marvel sequels that remains on schedule is the highly anticipated Deadpool & Wolverine. Fans are ready for the fourth wall-annihilating entry that will bring Hugh Jackman back for a reprisal exception as X-Men’s Wolverine after the actor laid him to rest in 2017’s Logan. The other big element of this movie is Wade Wilson’s official induction into the MCU now that Disney has absorbed 20th Century Fox and all its properties.
According to Deadline, the director of Deadpool & Wolverine, Shawn Levy, recently gave an interview at CinemaCon where he says this installment in the series isn’t simply titled Deadpool 3 for a good reason. Levy would tell ScreenRant, “As far as...

There may be minor Spoilers in the footage description. Be warned. After several disappointments in the past year, Marvel Studios is looking to get back on track with Deadpool & Wolverine. This highly anticipated sequel will bring ol’ Wade Wilson into the MCU and finally team him up with Wolverine. The audience at CinemaCon in Las Vegas got a peek at some exclusive footage from Deadpool & Wolverine, which will make you wish the movie was coming out tomorrow.
Deadpool and Wolverine actually opened Disney’s presentation with a foul-mouthed “turn off your cell phones” PSA. It showed Hugh Jackson in full costume and featured the pair yelling directly at the audience. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige teased that the film will receive an “intentionally gross” popcorn bucket to rival the one from Dune: Part Two.
Finally, CinemaCon audiences were treated to nine minutes of Deadpool & Wolverine, which Feige called “F***ing amazing.

X-Men director Bryan Singer has largely stayed under the radar for the last few years, but Variety reports that he could be plotting a comeback which would kick off with a self-financed documentary addressing the sexual assault allegations against him.
A source told Variety that the Bryan Singer documentary would be about the director and “his struggles.” The pitch, which the source called “impressive,” claims that Singer will address the allegations while he attempts to revive his career. This prompted a documentary veteran to quip, “Well, at least we know it will be fair and balanced.”
The documentary isn’t the only project Bryan Singer has up his sleeves, as he’s also looking to develop three features set in and around Israel, which is apparently where he’s been living. Variety’s report states that Singer has been meeting with potential investors for the three projects, which carry a budget of $10 million each.

Ryan Reynolds cast doubt on the long-hoped for “Free Guy” sequel during an appearance in the U.K. on Saturday evening.
Headlining the four-day Just For Laughs comedy festival at the O2 Arena in London, Reynolds appeared in conversation with his “Deadpool 2” co-star Rob Delaney who asked whether he was planning a sequel to any of the films he has produced, which include “Free Guy.”
“There is the potential to do a sequel to ‘Free Guy,’ which would be fun,” Reynolds replied. “I would love it. But also like, does everything fucking have to be a sequel? I don’t know. Sometimes it’s Ok to just do a movie and have it kick ass and then everyone go home.”
“So you know, there’s a bit of a push and pull there, resisting the urge to just immediately say, ‘Ohh, doing a sequel will validate the first one,...

Every few years, a certain segment of America remembers racism. The news jerks them out of a fabricated post-racial stupor and inspires a bundle of emotions: guilt, anxiety, fury. What they do with these feelings often becomes more the subject of headlines and analysis than the precipitating event.
It’s a curious cycle, one that Tommy Walker (Toni Morrison: The Pieces I Am, God Grew Tired of Us) and Ross Hockrow try to make sense of in their elementary documentary Kaepernick & America. Their earnest efforts might turn off viewers already attuned to the cycles of America’s racial amnesia, but the doc works as a primer for the uninitiated.
At this point, most people are familiar with the vague outlines of Colin Kaepernick’s story, but when the NFL quarterback began protesting police brutality in the summer of 2016, few noticed. It wasn’t...

From performing on Broadway stages to zip-lining from the top of the Sydney Opera House, the daring Hugh Jackson can seemingly do it all. As confident as he is today, Jackman says it’s taken a lot of work to get to this point. In his new interview on "Oprah's Next Chapter," Jackman sits down with Oprah and opens up about his lifelong struggle with fear.
“I hate that feeling of fear," Jackman says. "I hate being afraid.”
Since he was young, the Australian-born actor admits he's struggled with letting the emotion affect his life. “I was a very fearful kid -- I was afraid of the dark, I was afraid of heights,” he says.
Rather than let fear debilitate him, Jackman chose to face it head on. “I made myself get over those fears... If anything comes up to me... and I feel frightened of it, I have to attack it,...
