Get the Look: Copy Sarah Hyland's Teen Choice Awards Cornrow Bob

17 August 2015 7:05 PM, PDT | E! Online | See recent E! Online news »

Short, sweet and to the point. These days Hollywood seems to be overrun by celebs with sassy, shoulder-skimming bobs. At last night's Teen Choice Awards, we saw Sarah Hyland looking fresh as ever, rocking the flirty cut styled in tousled low-key waves, a deep side part and a micro-cornrow braid. Ryan Richmond, who styled Sarah's hair for the show, shared why the surprisingly easy-to-style cut (which is also favored by Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lawrence and Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting) is a very real option for anyone looking to change up their look for fall. "The trend right now is shattered (uneven) textures that don't look too heavy," said Ryan. The bob cut works on any and all hair types, »

Ariel Winter Breast Reduction: Modern Family Co-Star Sarah Hyland Praises Her For Going Public

17 August 2015 11:03 AM, PDT | E! Online | See recent E! Online news »

Sarah Hyland isn't surprised that her Modern Family co-star Ariel Winter decided to have breast reduction surgery. "It's something we've been talking about for a long time," Hyland told me exclusively at the Teen Choice Awards. "I'm super proud of her. I'm super happy for her." Winter, 17, revealed on Glamour.com last week that she underwent the procedure on June 4 to reduce the size of her breasts from a 32F to a 34D. Not only did Winter suffer emotional abuse from "internet bullies" about her appearance, but the physical problems became unbearable, too. "I had a lot of back problems. I really couldn't stand up straight for a long period of time. »

It happens to the best of us! Sarah Hyland became the latest in the list of celebrity trippers as she nearly went flying while taking to the stage at the 2015 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, Aug. 16.  The Modern Family star was walking to take her place at the microphone with Pitch Perfect actor Skylar Astin to present the first award of the night, when she stumbled over a piece of stage furniture. There’s a reason the Teen Choice Awards barely televises any actual awards; the annual Fox fete is all about enjoying the moments.

VideosNina Dobrev Says Goodbye to Tvd‘s Elena During 2015 Teen Choice Awards

And this year’s ceremony certainly upheld that singular truth, delivering some of the wildest (Gabourey Sidibe’s dance break, anyone?) and surprisingly emotional (Nina Dobrev’s farewell speech!) moments in TCA history.

Teen Choice Awards Hit High Note With Ellen DeGeneres Speech, Paul Walker Tribute

16 August 2015 7:46 PM, PDT | Variety - TV News | See recent Variety - TV News news »

In a room full of screaming teenagers, the loudest message at the Teen Choice Awards came from the first winner of the night, Ellen DeGeneres.

The “Ellen” host took away the award for Choice Comedian at Fox’s annual teen-fest, held Sunday night at USC’s Galen Center in Los Angeles, Calif.

“They say that teens make bad decisions, but you made a very good decision tonight choosing me,” DeGeneres joked, quickly switching to a more serious note, inspiring the young crowd to make the choice to be different.

“It feels good to be chosen, but there was a time in my life where I was the opposite of being chosen,” she said. “What makes you different right now makes you stand out later in life so you should be proud for being different.”

“Fitting in is really not all that matters,” DeGeneres continued, adding that the TCA’s coincided »

It's Ok, Sarah Hyland. It happens to the best of us. The Modern Family actress was called up to present the first award for the night, Teen Choice Comedian, alongside Pitch Perfect star Skylar Astin, and definitely made a grand entrance that we won't forget. Hyland casually quick-stepped to the stage before tripping over her feet and going flying onto the stage. Luckily, she didn't actually fall, but the entire experience clearly rattled her a little bit, because she ended up yelling, "Are you f--king kidding me" before catching herself and quickly covered her mouth. Lol! Once she gained her composure (and balance), the young beauty laughed the entire thing off and told the audience, »
