His original stage musical of "The Phantom of the Opera" inspired Andrew Lloyd Webber to create his musical blockbuster of the same title. Webber had seen Hill's show and asked on collaborating a grand scale version of Phantom in the West End, but eventually Webber pursued the musical without Hill. See more »
