Went to Witney Grammar School, Witney, Oxfordshire, where she was studying science A-levels in order to be a doctor, when she was cast as the lead in Hedda Gabler and was astonishingly successful. She dropped her science A-levels and started again with arts subjects, eventually going to RADA and becoming a member of the RSC. See more »
