Has two children: a daughter, Randi Hampson (b May 1, 1964, Los Angeles, California, USA) a lawyer; and a son Geoffrey (b October 11, 1968, Toronto, Ontario Canada) a professional bridge player.
Attended Camp Naivelt in Brampton, Onatrio, Canada as a child and
teenager. Camp Naivelt was made up of working-class Jewish families who
worked together to help bring about a better sense of community and
creativity to future generations.
Continues to tour Canada with Sharon and Bram. (July 2008)

Is a three-time breast cancer survivor. And founding President of the
Willow Breast Cancer Support Group in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Was, and is to this day, a huge fan of Pete Seeger.
Met Joe Hampson at a coffeehouse in Denver, Colorado. He announced immediately after meeting her that he was going to marry her.
