The long standing wwe champion was announced on Raw as the cover boy for the WWE 13 videogame on Raw and justified the decision with two solid in ring performances over the past week. The match with Daniel Bryan on Raw was not a patch on their classic from Over the Limit and used more as an angle to escalate tension with Kane and develop the relationship between Punk and Aj. TMZ.com has reported that the criminal charges recent filed against Scott Hall for domestic violence have been dropped. Hall was arrested on April 6th after he allegedly grabbed his girlfriend by the throat in a drunken state and dragged her out of the car.
Scott’s attorney told TMZ that any charges that were filed against Scott were dismissed and/or rejected by the prosecutor due to insufficient evidence.
Scott Hall’s girlfriend has refused to press charges and Scott himself has continually denied the allegations.
While Hall has spent many years battling his demons, it was last year at an independent event that showed Hall in one of his darkest hours. Arriving at the show an incoherent mess, Hall was unable to walk completely unaided and was slurring his words. Wrestler Scott Hall was arrested on Friday, April 6 after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend. The former WWE star, who was known as Razor Ramon, The Diamond Studd, Starship Coyote, and Texas Scott during his time in the league, is 6'7" tall and weighs close to 300 pounds. He was arrested at 5 p.m. when officers were called to his home to address a domestic disturbance.
According to TMZ, Hall's girlfriend Lisa Howell told cops he had been "drinking for days" and they'd had an argument. When she tried to leave, he followed her to her car, grabbed her by the throat, and tried to pull her out of the driver's seat. She had red marks around her neck and other signs of physical injury.
Officers report that Hall was heavily intoxicated and literally foaming at the mouth when they arrived -- with an "unknown white secretion flowing from both sides of his mouth. »

Cops were called to the couple's Florida home to investigate a disturbance and the professional fighter was subsequently taken into custody amid allegations he attacked his lover Lisa Howell during a drunken rage.
According to the police report obtained by TMZ.com, law enforcement officials observed several signs of bodily injury on Howell, including red marks around her neck.
Hall was later taken to a medical facility after correctional officers refused to book the wrestler as he was too inebriated. Upon his release, the former WWF star was jailed on one count of domestic violence.

On Scott Hall’s official YouTube channel, a new video has been posted featuring his friend Larry Zbysko taking part in an independent match out in Florida. Before the match, a video graphic appears on the screen that reads;
“Quick update on Scott Hall, he’s doing very well in rehab and will be evaluated for his release soon. WWE has been monitoring his stay so you may see him on another channel soon.”
Does this mean Scott Hall is likely to show up on WWE television any time soon? That seems unlikely as with Hall’s condition there really isn’t much the WWE could do with him for anything, even considerably less than they were able to do with his old tag team partner Kevin Nash last year.
