Clint Eastwood's 15:17 to Paris Trailer Celebrates Real American Heroes
Warner Bros. has released the first trailer for The 15:17 to Paris, the latest from director Clint Eastwood who takes a different approach to this true story adaptation. Instead of finding the right actors to play the heroes who helped thwart a real-life terror attack on a train bound for Paris, the director cast the real-life heroes themselves, with the heroic trio comprised of Anthony Sadler, Oregon National Guardsman Alek Skarlatos, and U.S. Air Force Airman First Class Spencer Stone. We'll have to wait and see if this unique approach pays off for this harrowing true story adaptation.

‘The 15:17 to Paris’ Trailer: Clint Eastwood’s Latest Celebrates Heroes by Casting Them

‘The 15:17 to Paris’ Trailer: Clint Eastwood’s Latest Celebrates Heroes by Casting Them
If anyone knows how difficult actors can be, it’s Clint Eastwood. Maybe that’s why he chose to cast non-actors in his latest directorial effort, “The 15:17 to Paris,” which recently released a dramatic new trailer worthy of its clunky title. Returning to ground he found fertile in 2016’s “Sully,” Eastwood depicts the true story of passengers on a French train who overtook an armed terrorist in 2015, preventing a potential mass shooting. Eastwood cast many of the real passengers to play themselves in the movie, including three Americans: Anthony Sadler, Alek Skarlatos, and Spencer Stone.

First Trailer for Clint Eastwood's Train Heroes Movie 'The 15:17 to Paris'

"Don't try and take any shortcuts. Do what you know is right." Warner Bros has debuted the first official trailer for Clint Eastwood's The 15:17 to Paris, telling a fictionalized version of the story of three men who thwarted a potential terrorist attack on a train in France in 2015. The story goes that three men confronted and subdued the attacker before he could harm more people, and they have since become heroes for their actions. The 15:17 to Paris actually stars the three real men playing themselves: Anthony Sadler, Alek Skarlatos, and Spencer Stone, along with a cast of actors including Jenna Fischer, Judy Greer, Ray Corasani, Pj Byrne, Tony Hale, and Thomas Lennon. Eastwood is really into these stories of regular American heroes, my goodness. The twist in this is using the actual men, which is kind of cool to see. Enjoy. Here's the first official trailer for

‘Drunk History’: Derek Waters Previews Season 5 and Acknowledges the Insanity of Getting Oscar-Winning Guest Stars
Ten years after the invention of the “Drunk History” format, comedian Derek Waters is reconsidering how to describe the performers who get wasted, then narrate their take on a pivotal moment in history. “I want to start calling them ‘storytellers,'” he said. “It sounds more important. I think ‘narrator’ sounds like a voiceover actor.”

Indeed, the term “narrator” doesn’t quite do justice to what intoxicated celebrities bring to the series, which returned to television Tuesday night after nearly 13 months off the air.

Tuesday’s “Drunk History Christmas Special” will be followed by the show’s full return on January 23. It’s been a long time since new “Drunk History” episodes premiered, something Waters (who co-created the show with Jeremy Konner) acknowledged. “If I was a fan, I’m thinking the show’s over,” he said. “‘I thought you were dead.’ But that’s better like that than people going,
