The View host Barbara Walter has sparred with guest Jessica Hahn during a discussion on infidelity. Hahn gained notoriety in the 1980s after being involved in a sexual encounter, which she later labeled as non-consensual, with televangelist Jim Bakker. During a 'Where Are They Now' segment on Tuesday's edition of The View, Hahn took offense to classification of her relationship with Bakker as an "affair" and then referenced Walters' own admission in her autobiography Audition that she carried on a romance with married Us Senator Edward Brooke. Apparently,earlier today, popular provocative model,escort,or whoever she is, went on ABC's "The View" because they were featuring people who became famous for questionable reasons. Jessica Hahn had an affair with televangelist Jim Bakker way back in 1987. During their discussion, Barbara Walters criticized Jessica for having an affair with a married man. After that, Jessica responded by calling out Barbara on her admitted affair with a married senator. Then Barbara got all pissed off, and said that they were their to discuss Jessica's life not hers. »

Hahn gained notoriety in the 1980s because she had a sexual relationship with TV evangelist Jim Bakker when she was the secretary at his church.
Bakker subsequently went to prison for paying Hahn off to keep quiet. Hahn always said Bakker and another church member drugged and raped her, while Bakker always maintained it was a consensual affair.
