Sounds like Kevin Bacon is really wanting to saddle up and reprise his role of Valentine McKee from the 1990 classic Tremors. How do we know this? Well, we heard it straight from the horse's mouth, and now you can too!
During a fan interview on The Huffington Post, Bacon was questioned about the cult favorite hit. His answer was pretty surprising. "I have a real dream right now. I want to reboot [Tremors]," says Bacon of the film which is getting the reboot treatment from Don Michael Paul (Lake Placid: The Final Chapter).
Given his next comments we can only assume that he wants to reprise his role and Not reboot the film as a director or what not. "To see the character 25 years down the line. Seeing what that guy may have become. When I started thinking about this, I hadn't seen the movie in 25 years so I went back and watched it recently. »

Last week we learned that Don Michael Paul (Lake Placid: The Final Chapter) is working on a reboot of Tremors for Universal, though specific details at the time were nonexistent. Hungry for more? Well then, read on for a whole lot more!
Per Movie Hole, it looks like the film will be more of a sequel than a complete remake, as the site reports that Michael Gross will once again be reprising the role of monster-killer Burt Gummer. Gross has to date appeared in every film in the franchise and even the short-lived TV series it spawned.
The new film, tentatively titled Tremors 5, is currently casting for a September kick-off in South Africa.

Deep under the surface of Hollywood ideas, treatments and discarded scripts roams something hideous, gliding blindly and occasionally breaking the surface whenever enough buzz about it is at a certain pitch. It never takes much noise, just the aloud musings of one executive as he ponders, “Reboot.”
Not long ago, the reboot has replaced the remake as the Hollywood trend for critics to complain about. And this most recent news doesn’t do anything to sway opinion toward the positive. Arrow In the Head is reporting that director Don Michael Paul is talking about taking over the Tremors franchise.
Paul, whose previous work includes Lake Placid: The Final Chapter and other sequels that involve colons.

We pay tribute to the work of the late artist Hr Giger, and follow the making of his masterpiece of design, the Alien...
It’s the summer of 1978, and the UK’s Shepperton Studios simmers in the heat. Secreted away in his own personal workshop, a Swiss artist works feverishly on his paintings and sculptures, either fashioning strange shapes from gigantic blocks of styrofoam or spraying them with his airbrush.
This is 38-year-old Hr Giger, and he cuts an unusual figure. His shock of black hair is slicked back away from his pale forehead. He refuses to take his leather jacket off despite the searing heat. On a bench sits row after row of human and animal bones - skulls, femurs, vertebrae - plus a weird assortment of ribbed hoses, wires and mechanical parts taken from old Rolls Royce motorcars. Quietly, obsessively, Giger is building his Alien.
