Minority Report: Fox Confirms Cancellation; No Season Two

We saw this coming. The Minority Report TV show on Fox has been officially cancelled by the network, according to Deadline. Back in January, star Meagan Good moved on to the freshman CBS medical drama, Code Black.

Minority Report's first season order was originally for 13 episodes. By October, that had been cut to 10. The shortened season averaged 0.72 in the 18-49 year-old ratings demographic and drew an average total audience of 2.075 million viewers.

‘Code Black’ Admits Cameron Boyce for Guest Role

Disney star Cameron Boyce is being admitted to CBS’ “Code Black” for a guest star role, Variety has learned exclusively.

Best known for his lead roles in Disney Channel original movie “Descendants” and Disney Xd series “Gamer’s Guide to Pretty Much Everything,” Boyce will appear in the 17th episode of the CBS medical drama, scheduled to air on February 17. He’ll play 16-year-old Brody, who is staying at a boot camp for troubled teens — but when he ends up at Angels Memorial Hospital with various mysterious injuries, it soon becomes apparent that all is not what it seems.

Jacob Tremblay, the breakout star of the Oscar-nominated drama “Room,” will guest star on Fox’s “The Last Man on Earth” as a young version of Will Forte’s character Phil/Tandy, the network announced Wednesday. The airdate for Tremblay’s episode has yet to be announced.

Tremblay scooped a Critics Choice Award last weekend and is nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role. The nine-year-old thesp will next be seen on the big screen in “The Book of Henry,” “Shut In” and “Burn Your Maps.”
