Currently, Taylor has just wrapped production on the upcoming psychological horror film “Motivated Seller” which will star Michael Ealy, Dennis Quaid and Meagan Good. He also has two additional films currently in post-production which are “Traffik” and “Akuma” and other project that is also coming down the pipeline in the very near future.

Showtime Sets Premiere Dates for ‘Shameless’ Season 8, ‘White Famous,’ ‘Smilf’

Showtime has announced the premiere dates for Season 8 of “Shameless” and its new comedies “White Famous” and “SMILF.”

Shameless” Season 8 will kick off on Sunday, Nov. 5 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Season eight finds the Gallaghers on an upswing – Frank (William H. Macy) comes out of a drug-induced haze and decides it’s finally time to be a contributing member of society, while Fiona (Emmy Rossum) faces hard decisions when she discovers her success as a landlord may mean someone else’s misfortune. Californication: Meagan Good Reprising Her Role for White Famous Series

Meagan Good will reprise the role of Kali, from the fifth season of Californication, in the White Famous TV show on Showtime. Californication creator, Tom Kapinos, co-created White Famous with Jamie Foxx. Also guest starring in White Famous, season one, are Jack Davenport, Michael Rapaport, Kendrick Sampson, Lyndon Smith, Stephen Tobolowsky, and Natalie Zea. Meagan Good is set to guest star in two upcoming episodes of Showtime’s “White Famous,” reprising her role as Kali in Showtime’s “Californication.” Kali is a young pop star who is friends with Sadie (Cleopatra Coleman), the ex-girlfriend of Floyd (Jay Pharoah) and mother of his son. Good played the lead role in the Steven Spielberg series “Minority Report” and will star in the title role of the upcoming series “Foxy Brown.” She will also be seen in the films “A Boy. A Girl. A Dream: Love on Election Night” and “Motivated Seller.” “White Famous” is loosely based on Jamie Foxx’s experiences in the coming up in the stand-up industry and comes from “Californication” creator Tom Kapinos.

Showtime's forthcoming comedy White Famous is staging a unique Californication reunion.

Actress Meagan Good has been tapped to appear in two episodes of the forthcoming comedy starring Jay Pharoah — and she'll be reprising her role from the premium cable network's Californication.

Good reprises Kali, a young pop star who is friends with Sadie (Cleopatra Coleman), the ex-girlfriend of Floyd (SNL alum Pharoah) and mother of his son. With the role, Good reunites with Californication showrunner Tom Kapinos on the comedy exec produced by Jamie Foxx.

Deon Taylor to direct and produce through Hidden Empire Film Group

Dennis Quaid, Michael Ealy, Meagan Good, and Joseph Sikora will star in the psychological thriller Motivated Seller for director Deon Taylor.

Taylor will direct and serve as producer through his Hidden Empire Film Group alongside producing partners Roxanne Avent and Robert F. Smith.

Mark Burg will also produce through Primary Wave Entertainment, with David Guillod, Brad Kaplan, and Jonathan Schwartz.

Omari Hardwick, Meagan Good to Star in Romance ‘Love on Election Night’

Omari Hardwick (“Power”) and Meagan Good (Hulu’s upcoming “Foxy Brown”) have come on board the indie romance drama “A Boy. A Girl. A Dream: Love On Election Night.”

The producer is Datari Turner through his Datari Turner Productions with Qasim Basir (“Destined”) directing from his own script. Production has launched in Los Angeles.

Hardwick is playing a Los Angeles club promoter on the night of the 2016 presidential election. He meets a woman named Free (played by Good) who challenges him to revisit his broken dreams during a series of unfortunate events that happen as the Donald Trump surges ahead over Hilary Clinton in the race for electoral votes to win the White House.

The film also stars Jay Ellis (“Insecure”), Dijon Talton, Wesley Jonathan, and Affion Crockett.
