Created the role of Miss Mona in the original Broadway production of "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas", receiving the Tony Award that year as Best Featured Actress in a Musical.

Stage: Appeared with Joan Van Ark in Tennessee Williams' play "A Lovely Sunday for Creve Coeur" at Hartford Stage in Hartford, CT, 4/06-5/06.

(1988) She acted in Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart's musical, "Pal Joey", at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago, Illinois with Shannon Cochran and Barbara E. Robertson in the cast. The crew included Kevin Stites (musical director/original incidental music), Michael Philippi (lighting designer), Martin Pakledinaz (costume designer), Thomas Lynch (scenic designer), Ann Reinking & Chet Walker (choreographers). Directed by Robert Falls.

(February 26, 1981) She acted in Carol Hall's musical, "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas", in it's West End Premiere at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane in London, England with Henderson Forsythe and Betsy Brantley in the cast. Peter Masterson and Tommy Tune were the directors.
