That was a tough one.  Grey's Anatomy just gave us two full hours of Bailey, Ben, and the ultimate conflict of interest.  While the hospital was locked down for a few minutes to locate a missing child, Dr. Warren (Jason George) got stuck in a hallway with a pregnant car crash victim named Gretchen. When her blood pressure dropped and she passed out, he felt his only option was to deliver the baby via c-section...just as the elevator doors opened, meaning he could have then made it to the Or.  Unfortunately, neither the baby nor Gretchen survived, which made Ben's situation a lot more serious.
