Jeremy became interested in acting while taking drama classes in high school. He appeared as "Algernon" in The Importance of Being Earnest, as well as in several one-act plays. Jeremy's teacher encouraged him to continue. Jeremy began professionally as a model, but he continued to audition for the theatre and appeared at the La Jolla Playhouse in a festival of plays dealing with racism, and in Jason's Mask at the Old Globe in San Diego, as part of the Young Playwrights Festival. Jeremy describes his role in that play as very similar to that of "Todd" in Sweet Valley High, a jock who is a real jokester. After Jeremy completed shooting Sweet Valley High he had the opportunity to guest star in episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Nick Freno, Hangtime and Sabrina the Teenage Witch, all of which allowed him to portray very different characters. Prior to joining Legacy and Sweet Valley High, Jeremy was one of the hosts of Kick'n It, on KPBS Television, for which he received a regional Emmy Award nomination. When Jeremy is not working, he enjoys the arts, including movies, theatre and visiting his relatives in Italy. From a family friend he developed another artistic outlet and enjoys photography as a hobby and would someday like to publish a book of his work he has shot in Europe. However, his true passion continues to be acting.
