Stênio Garcia was born on April 28, 1933 in Mimoso do Sul, Espírito Santo, Brazil as Stênio Garcia Faro. He is an actor and assistant director, known for Me You Them (2000), O Dono do Mundo (1991) and O Rei do Gado (1996). He has been married to Marilene Saade since May 9, 2009. He was previously married to Cleyde Yáconis and Clarice Piovesan.

Good friend of actor Antônio Fagundes.
In 1971 Stênio won a Molière Prize for his work in the play "Peer Gynt".
In 1966 he won a SACI Award and a Governor Award for his work in the plays "As Fúrias" and "Oh, Que Delícia de Guerra".
Made his debut as a professional theater actor with the play "Maria Stuart" in 1958.
