Member of Norwegian pop/rock group a-ha, most famous for their 1985 breakthrough hits "Take On Me" and "The Sun Always Shines On TV".

They also performed the theme for the James Bond film The Living Daylights (1987) and The Da Vinci Code (2006) theme "Celice".

Their latest album, "Analogue" was released November 14th, 2005.

He has released two solo albums as well, "Dragonfly" ( Dragonflies (2001) soundtrack ) and "Past Perfect Future Tense" (2004).

Also works as a film composer together with Kjetil Bjerkestrand under the name Timbersound. Releasing Cross My Heart and Hope to Die (1994) soundtrack, Hotel Oslo (1997) soundtrack and "Hermetic" (including music for Bloody Angels (1998) and Hawaii, Oslo (2004).

Other talents are designing and painting.

A-Ha reunited in 1998 for the Nobel Peace Prize Concert.
Former member of Norwegian pop group A-Ha.
A-Ha's comeback album (after the 6 year break) "Minor Earth, Major Sky" was released in April 2000. The first single of that album was the European hit "Summer Moved On".
They released a single 'Summer Moved On' in 2000
He and Pål Waaktaar were both members of a band called Bridges before joining A-Ha.
Other talents are designing and painting.
He has 2 sons, Thomas Vincent (born April 20th, 1990) and Filip Clemens (born October 2nd, 1993).
While A-Ha took the break, he formed a band called 'Timbersound' with his old friend Kjetil Bjerkestrand.
30th October 2006: Attended the Q Music Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London where A-Ha received the "Inspiration" Award 2006.
In 2001, he was commissioned to design an official Norwegian postage stamp. The stamp is today a sought-after collectors' item among Furuholmen and A-Ha fans.
