Milton Frome was born on February 24, 1909 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. He was an actor, known for Batman: The Movie (1966), The Nutty Professor (1963) and The Swinger (1966). He was married to Marjorie Ann Widman. He died on March 21, 1989 in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California, USA.

Uncle of Rex Saint'Onge' (a cartoonist for Warner Bros.) and great-uncle of actress-stand-up comic Ashley Clark.
He personally appeared on The Colgate Comedy Hour (1950) to invite Bud Abbott and Lou Costello to join the USO Tour immediately following their performance of "Who's On First?". This occurred during Frome's two-year sting as Chairman of the USo.
Tall, balding character actor, a former vaudevillian. Often seen in choleric roles or as comic foil.
