Was first intended that John Franklyn-Robbins would play Decider Garif in Doctor Who: Full Circle, but he was replaced by Alan Rowe.
He is one of only 29 actors to have speaking roles in both the "Doctor Who" and "Star Trek" franchises. He played a Time Lord in Doctor Who: Genesis of the Daleks: Part One (1975) and Maquis in Star Trek: The Next Generation: Preemptive Strike (1994).
