Madeline Foy was born on September 21, 1903 in New York, USA. She was an actress, known for Fai in fretta ad uccidermi... ho freddo! (1967), The Bonnie Parker Story (1958) and A Favorite Fool (1915). She was married to William F. O'Donnell. She died on July 5, 1988 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Sister of Eddie Foy Jr., Bryan Foy, Charley Foy, Irving Foy , Mary Foy and Richard Foy. After the death of their mother, their father incorporated them into his vaudeville act as "The Seven Little Foys." All of the Foy siblings (except Bryan, who directed) can be seen in the Vitaphone short Chips of the Old Block (1928).
Daughter of Eddie Foy.
Is portrayed by Linda Bennett in The Seven Little Foys (1955).
Upon her death, her remains were interred at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in New Rochelle, Westchester County, New York.
