John Fleck was born on May 7, 1951. He is an actor, known for Waterworld (1995), Falling Down (1993) and Babylon 5: The Gathering (1993).

A successful performance artist known as one of the infamous 'NEA Four'; along with Karen Finley, Tim Miller and Holly Hughes; whose lawsuit against the National Endowment of the Arts achieved notoriety in the early 90's.
Is one of only thirteen actors to have starred in all incarnations of the modern Star Trek TV series, namely TNG, DS9, Voyager and Enterprise, albeit in a variety of different roles.
He was awarded the 1992 Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award for Distinguished Creation Performance for "A Snowball's Chance in Hell" at the Mark Taper Forum Too Theatre in Los Angeles, California.
He was awarded the 1992 Drama Logue Award for "A Snowball's Chance in Hell," at the Mark Taper Forum Theatre Too in Los Angeles, California.
