He acted in Sam Behrman's play, "No Time for Comedy," at the Theatre Royal Haymarket in London, England with Rex Harrison, Diana Wynyard, Lilli Palmer, Elisabeth Welch, and Denys Blakelock in the cast. Harold French was director. Gladys Calthrop was designer.
