He is the only WWE employee to appear at every WrestleMania Pay-Per-View since its inception.

Joined the World Wide Wrestling Federation in 1975.

He was Chris Jericho's assistant when Jericho was feuding with Ken Shamrock.

Howard started as an usher at the New Haven Coliseum, then talked to Vince McMahon Sr. there one night, got a shot at ring announcing. Howard Finkle began with the WWWF as the ring announcer for shows held in Madison Square Garden during the mid 1970s. Vince McMahon Jr took over the WWF, Howard Finkle became the lead ring announcer for all major WWF events.

Howard had a brief stint as a commentator, but that didn't last.

Howard is credited for giving Ricky Steamboat his "Dragon" moniker.

According to several sources, Finkel is credited with suggesting the name "WrestleMania" for the WWE's largest Pay-Per-View.

Made his ring announcing debut in Madison Square Garden on January 17, 1977.
