It's been a while since we've heard from Courtney Stodden. But the teen bride is back and making it big time on "The View." Well...kind of.
During the "What's Trending Now?" segment on the daytime show, the ladies talked about Stodden's newest video called "Hello Courtney." The two-and-a-half minute YouTube clip features Stodden acting as a cat, complete with coughing up a hairball, (hopefully) pretending to eat cat food and playing in a litter box.
"I find it so disturbing," says co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck.
Joy Behar was much more blunt. "Someone took too much cat nip," she says. Later, when Hasselbeck wonders whether Stodden is of legal age, Behar replies, "She looks 50. What are you kidding?"
Whoopi Goldberg takes the high road on the matter. She simply buries her head in her hands as it appears she couldn't bear to watch the clip.
So Zappers, what do you think about it? »

Exclusive: Elisabeth Hasselbeck has signed with Wme, where Jim Ornstein will handle The View co-host’s representation. Hasselback had been with Babette Perry at Img, but sources say the former Survivor contestant had become unhappy with the way negotiations with ABC were being handled and decided it was time for a change. Hasselbeck’s husband, former NFL quarterback and Espn analyst Tim Hasselbeck, is already signed with Ornstein. Hasseback has been on The View since 2003. Ornstein recently saw Live! Kathy Griffin reignited her longrunning feud with "View" co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck on Thursday.
During her Bravo talk show, Griffin played a clip of President Obama's appearance on "The View" from earlier this week. "Elisabeth Hasselbeck said something really stupid, let's take a look," Griffin said.
She paused the clip early on to comment on Hasselbeck's tone. "Right away, with her attitude to the President, who is a Harvard law professor, I'm like 'take it down a notch, b***h,'" Griffin said. "I don't like that."
Griffin continued to play the clip in which Hasselbeck asked Obama how his position on same-sex marriage differed from Gop candidate Mitt Romney's, since both candidates said they support leaving the issue up to the states to decide.
Obama corrected Hasselbeck and pointed out that Romney said he wants a constitutional amendment, which would make same-sex marriage a federal issue.
Griffin relished in Obama's response to Hasselbeck. »

During a segment on Bravo's Kathy Thursday, Kathy Griffin tore into Elisabeth Hasselbeck's critical question to President Obama on The View about gay marriage, where she wondered how he would "move things forward any more than Mitt Romney." "Freeze. All right, I shouldn't be freezing here, but, right away, with her attitude to the President, who was a Harvard Law professor. I'm, like, take it down a notch, bitch," Griffin opined. »

Betty White’s roast this afternoon was handled with more delicacy than most. After all, America’s adopted grandmother is 90 years old. That said, she’s still intimidating, considering her boundless energy and eighth-decade career resurgence. Indeed, even Uggie from The Artist showed signs of stage fright during an interview with roastmaster Barbara Walters. From the red carpet to the roasting dais, the stars mostly kept it clean for the beatific blonde, but never fear, PopWatchers. I’ll skip the sanitized bits and get right to the good stuff. Click through to find out who was best, worst, and most surprising at White’s roast. »

Yesterday, the ladies of The View got the extreme pleasure of interviewing a sitting president, Mr. Barack Obama. Today, they were still pretty excited about it with Elisabeth Hasselbeck describing what a huge opportunity it was and Sherri Shepherd discussing how wonderful it was introducing the leader of the free world to her son. However, there was something raining on their post-potus buzz and that was all the conservative stick in the muds grumbling that their show isn't fair and balanced. The hosts disputed that fact, saying that there was a standing invitation for that other guy running for President. »

For the first time ever -- despite many appearances by his wife Beth Ostrosky -- newly-minted "America's Got Talent" judge Howard Stern visited "The View." Or, rather, took over "The View." From trying to set Barbara Walters up on a date to ribbing Sherri Shepherd about that old flat earth flub, some of the best moments from Thursday's (May 10) Stern-edition of "The View":
On Barbara Walters' sex life:
"Barbara wants a man badly," says Stern, who suggests Charlie Rose as a possible candidate. This lights a fire in Walters who ends up curling herself up in Stern's lap, thus enabling him to brag about getting "downright sexual" with the 82-year-old "View" doyenne (who is a long-time Stern friend, btw.)
On Sherri Shepherd's 2007 assertion that the world is flat:
"I went for a walk the other day on the beach and it does appear that the world is flat, »

Howard Stern was on The View for the first time ever today, ostensibly to promote his new role as a judge on America's Got Talen. Rather than plug his new show, however, he seemed more interesting in fixing up the co-hosts, even the ones who are already married. He had the brilliant idea to set Barbara Walters up with Charlie Rose, and Elisabeth Hasselbeck up with himself, but what he was most interested in was finding a man for Whoopi Goldberg. »

It's the story that wouldn't die — the so-called "Tanning Mom" from New Jersey has hit back at critics of her sunless tanning habit, calling her detractors "fat, ugly and jealous." Even though she seems like a great person, Elisabeth Hasselbeck felt compelled to defend her. When Whoopi Goldberg argued that the continuing interest in her stems from concerns about skin cancer, Hasselbeck retorted "People aren't concerned about her, they're worried about her parenting!" »

Joy Behar called Elisabeth Hasselbeck out for her skirt on Tuesday's "The View."
Elisabeth made a bold sartorial choice in the form of a red skirt with gold sequins. Barbara Walters called attention to it earlier in the show, directing Elisabeth to stand up and wondering what "disco" she had visited recently.
Joy sassed Elisabeth about the skirt during a heated discussion about President Obama's handling of Osama bin Laden's death. Tuesday was the one-year anniversary of the mission that killed bin Laden.
Elisabeth praised Obama for his handling of the operation. However, she argued that neither Democrats nor Republicans should be politicizing bin Laden's death.
Joy speculated that Republicans would have had "a ticker tape parade from New York to Los Angeles" if Bush had been the one who took bin Laden down.
Elisabeth began protesting, "Joy Behar, how dare you!"

The View co-hosts got a little heated this morning over a new ad made by the Romney campaign accusing President Obama, of all things, of being "too cool." They played the ad, which which leans heavily on the exploding problem of student loan debt, in all of its auto-tuned glory for the studio audience. The ladies of "The View" got a little R-rated Wednesday morning, when co-host Whoopi Goldberg showed Barbara Walters how she likes men to turn her on.
During a conversation about G-spots, Goldberg said that "her truly favorite spot" are her hands. "I love when a man rubs my hands," Goldberg said.
"Give me your hand," Walters demanded. Goldberg walked over to Walters with her arm extended. Walters started to awkwardly hold/rub her hand, but Goldberg interrupted her. "No baby, look. Come here," Goldberg said as she started massaging Walters palm.
"Oh that's what you want!" Walters yelled. "So every time someone does this to you, you get an orgasm?"
"No it's a whole other thing," Goldberg said. "If I'm going to let somebody touch me, there are certain places that, for me, it's alright because it takes time." Goldberg continued, "You know how the girls used to say they »

Well, it wasn't exactly a happy ending. The panel was talking about a scientist who claims to have pinpointed the erogenous zone in women known as the "G-spot," which allowed the co-hosts to indulge in one of their favorite pastimes: being inappropriate. Whoopi Goldberg was affronted that there could only be one spot (why couldn't she have spots lettered A through H, she demanded?), while Barbara Walters was skeptical that the guy had found it at all, and Sherri Shepherd and Elisabeth Hasselbeck looked generally horrified by all of the sex talk. »

'The View' took a turn for the N-a-s-t-y when Barbara asked Elisabeth whether she and her husband like it rough between the sheets! Was it innocent or totally inappropriate? The View is known for tackling hot topics, but the ladies might have taken things a little too far on April 16! Their discussion got a little out of hand when Barbara Walters, 82, got too candid with cohost Elisabeth Hasselbeck, 34. When Elisabeth asked Barbara what she likes in the bedroom, Barbara turned the tables by asking the married Elisabeth how she and her husband spice things up behind closed doors. "Do you like it rough?" Barbara asked, to Elisabeth's — not to mention the audience's — horror. Moderator Whoopi Goldberg answered for all of America when she said, "That visual you just gave me has made my eyes bleed." "We are on a Pregnancy Prevention Program," Elisabeth laughed. "We have three kids and we're avoiding a fourth. »

And now for seven words we never thought we'd hear from Barbara Walters: "Do you like it when he's rough?"The 82-year-old led a frank discussion about sex this morning on "The View," based on the erotically charged book "50 Shades of Grey" and the new HBO show "Girls."For the uninitiated, "50 Shades of Grey" revolves around a young 20-something who gets into a relationship with an older man who's into bondage and S&M. Needless to say, it was an awkward conversation for the usually chatty women -- especially when Barbara asked Elisabeth Hasselbeck the pointed question above.Check out the clip above to find out what visual Whoopi Goldberg says "made my eyes bleed."
