Arrow Season 5 Trailer: Oliver Breaks in New Team, Shirtless Bratva Fights

1 hour ago | | See recent news »

It’s time to get the band back together — or, form a new one! — as Arrow opens Season 5.

As seen in the trailer for the CW series’ new run, Oliver (begrudgingly) takes Felicity’s advice to break in a new battalion of wannabe heroes, in the wake of Diggle and Thea quitting the team.

Team Arrow 3.0 (4.0?) includes that faux Canary, Evelyn Crawford; a toughie named Wild Dog; and even tech whiz Curtis (who needs some help with the salmon ladder!).

Earlier this month, Stephen Amell said, “The villain that we are introducing is a direct result of things that Oliver »

‘The Flash’ Season 3 Trailer: First Look at Kid Flash, Flashpoint Universe, New Villain

2 hours ago | Variety - TV News | See recent Variety - TV News news »

The Flash” revealed the first trailer for Season 3 at Comic-Con on Saturday, giving fans a glimpse at the “Flashpoint” timeline, which featured plenty of differences from Barry Allen’s (Grant Gustin) original universe.

With both of Barry’s parents alive, our speedster’s relationships with Joe (Jesse L. Martin), Iris (Candice Patton), Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) are markedly altered, but perhaps the biggest change is the fact that Keiynan Lonsdale’s Wally West is now Kid Flash in the new timeline. “There’s similar qualities,” between Kid Flash and Barry’s speedster, Lonsdale said. “He’s Kid Flash, so I tried to play him with a young, lighthearted cockiness to him that can sometimes be his downfall, but he’s just in a really good place mentally; he’s never felt more sure of himself.”

One thing that hasn’t changed in Flashpoint is Barry’s encounter with the particle accelerator, meaning »

The Season 3 trailer for The CW’s The Flash was revealed on Saturday at the San Diego Comic-Con, and things are certainly looking verrrrrrry”Flashpoint”-y.

For the uninitiated, Flashpoint was a massive DC Comics library “reboot” facilitated by Barry’s trip back in time to save his mother. After doing so, he wakes up back in Central City, confused by the changes to the world that he gradually lays witness to. For one, Barry doesn’t have his powers.

Indeed, as seen in the trailer above, Barry and Iris have never met, »

The show is called Supergirl, but the buzziest entrance at the CBS-to-cw series’ Comic-Con panel Saturday belonged to Tyler Hoechlin, aka Superman.

The super series hasn’t begun production on Season 2, so “I have not tried on the suit yet,” Teen Wolf alum Hoechlin told the crowd, who cheered loudly when he joined castmates Melissa Benoist, David Harewood, Chyler Leigh, Mechad Brooks and Jeremy Jordan and executive producer Sarah Schechter on stage for the forward-looking discussion.

We Have Some Theories About The Flash Season Three

18 July 2016 1:30 PM, PDT | | See recent FilmSchoolRejects news »

A spoilerific look into the next season of the CW hit.

Last Tuesday, DC revealed that Wally West (Keiynan Lonsdale) will don an adapted version of the Kid Flash costume in the premiere episode of The Flash Season 3 entitled “Flashpoint”. The surprise posting, along with official confirmation of the title alluded to in the Season Two finale and “leaked” on Twitter last month, were only the first newsworthy developments from the show’s first week of filming.

As early as Tuesday afternoon, various sources began to tweet set photos depicting Londsdale with a mysterious new speedster apparently played by Australian actor Todd Lasance. Americans may remember Lasance from roles in The Vampire Diaries and Spartacus: War of the Damned, but he has a much more extensive acting history in his home country. Considering that the CW has not announced his casting, Lasance »

13 Things We'd Like to See on The Flash Season 3

14 July 2016 7:00 AM, PDT | TVfanatic | See recent TVfanatic news »

We're a week away from San Diego Comic Con...the grandaddy of them all.

That means there will be more news than ever about the fall shows, and we're sure to be bombarded with what are now tightly held secrets about The Flash Season 3.

Before we find out what's actually ahead on the upcoming season, we're spilling a bit of our wish list.

Let us know what's on yours!

1. Barry Gets to Know the Real Jay Garrick With seasons behind us featuring a part time dad due to circumstances beyond their control (mostly), and too much time spent on a serial killer posing as the Real Jay Garrick, we seriously hope there is an opportunity for Barry to get to know the man who looks so much like his father, to get the advice he didn't from Hunter and become great, Flash-y friends with an actual experienced (and heroic) speedster. »

The Flash Season 3: First Look at Kid Flash!!

12 July 2016 11:43 AM, PDT | TVfanatic | See recent TVfanatic news »

There's another Flash in town.

Kid Flash!

That's right, Wally West gets his speedster powers on The Flash Season 3. We don't need details, because we have photos to prove it.

We have absolutely no details about how Kid Flash will appear, only that he does.

On The Flash Season 2, when Barry disappeared in the mini particle accelerator explosion, the Speed Force seemed to wash over both Wally West and Jesse Wells when they were knocked down in the hallway.

But despite daddy Joe's best efforts to find some speed in his son, nothing appeared.

Jesse, however, lit up when The Flash touched her while she was injured.

It's possible Kid Flash will be the new guy in town because of the fiasco Barry created: Flashpoint.

When he returns from saving his mother, nothing should be the same. We've been wondering if he'll even be The Flash any longer.

Well, it »

‘The Flash’ Reveals First Look at Kid Flash in Season 3

12 July 2016 9:00 AM, PDT | Variety - TV News | See recent Variety - TV News news »

The CW has revealed the first look at star Keiynan Lonsdale’s Wally West in costume as Kid Flash, the hero best known in DC Comics canon as the teen sidekick to The Flash (aka Barry Allen, played by Grant Gustin).

Lonsdale’s Kid Flash will make his first appearance in the Season 3 premiere of “The Flash,” titled “Flashpoint,” which airs Tuesday, Oct. 4 at 8 p.m. on The CW.

Last season, Wally’s father, Joe (Jesse L. Martin), was suspicious that Wally might’ve developed powers of his own after being hit with Barry’s energy during an accident at Star Labs, but Wally displayed no obvious signs of super speed in the aftermath of the explosion.

Of course, that was before Barry chose to go back in time and save his mother, Nora, from being killed by the Reverse-Flash in the Season 2 finale, thereby changing history and disrupting the timeline — which means that we have no »

The Flash Season 3 Adds Tom Felton as Series Regular

30 June 2016 3:43 PM, PDT | TVfanatic | See recent TVfanatic news »

The Flash has always been magical, but this casting announcement should seal the deal.

Harry Potter alum Tom Felton has been added as a series regular to The Flash Season 3.

Felton, who starred in all eight Potter films as Draco Malfoy, will be a fellow CSI tech at the Central City Police Department.

Felton's character, Julian Dorn, suspects there is more to Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) than just his good guy persona.

Well, he'd be right about that!

While there is no premiere episode for Felton, it's understood he'll begin airing around the time the the third season premieres.

Both Gustin and Greg Berlanti have confirmed the title for The Flash Season 3 Episode 1 is "Flashpoint," and they will be doing a version of the famous DC comics story.
